The nomination alone made me blush (okay, I didn’t even know about it), but Kim and I now find ourselves unspeakably honored to be one of the six finalists in the category of Best Wine or Beer Blog. Saveur.com is some serious stuff. This is a national thing, not a local thing. 45,000 blogs were nominated. It’s kind of a big deal. Since we’re in it, let’s win it. We need your help. We need your vote.
This is more about you Washington beer freaks than it is the Washington Beer Blog. This blog would not exist if Washington did not have so many people brewing and drinking great beer. Without great beer and people to read about it, we would cease to exist. The Washington beer scene (that’s you) is amazing and we are lucky to be part of it.
