We’re now just one week away from the Washington Brewers Festival, the largest beer festival in the state, held each Father’s Day Weekend at Marymoor Park in Redmond. This year 131 breweries will pour in excess of 600 beers during the three-day festival. We share the list of beers below. Of course, the list is subject to change. It’s a bit of a moving target and the event organizers do their best.
Next week I will post a cheat sheet to help give you some direction. Let’s face it, even if you were there for all three days, you could not try all 600 beers, so I’ll try to give you some ideas. In the meantime, the complete list is below.
The Washington Brewers Festival is presented by the Washington Beer Commission. The event takes place Friday, June 16th thru Sunday, June 18th. Complete details, including ticket information, can be found on the official event website.
Once again, this year they have made more improvements to the parking and entry situation. As far as parking goes, they’ll open the park’s east entrance to festivalgoers this year. As far as the gates go, it’s hard to get all those people through the gates, but event organizers are trying make it as quick as possible. My best advice is to make sure you’re in the right line and pay attention to the loudspeakers telling you what to do. The folks working the entry gates tell me it would help a lot if people heeded that simple advice.
