It’s a bit soggy, that’s true, but nobody’s spirits seem dampened. We’re all hoping for clearer skies as the day moves along. As for the Buzz Cart, you’ll find it in one place this year: not moving around like last year. You’ll find it just beyond the yellow tent, near the Tim’s Cascade tent. Look for a crimson and gray tent.
Thanks to Drew Cluley of Big Time Brewery, who just performed some emergency repairs, the Buzz Cart is now pouring interesting, one-off beers from a number of different breweries. The Buzz Cart is currently pouring Epic Brewing’s Cinco Plantas: the second beer from Epic’s Mexican-Belgian series – a rustic, farmhouse ale brewed with, among other things, Falconer Flight hops and epazote (whatever that is). It’s good and it’s interesting.
At some point, the Buzz Cart will pour Wingman Blackberry Sour.Beyond that, it is a mystery. Exactly when they’ll be tapping what beer, you’ll have follow the buzz to know.
