Washington Cask Beer Festival – near sell out

If you want to attend the afternoon session, act now!

Some people voiced concerns when the Washington Beer Commission announced that this year’s Washington Cask Beer Festival would be on the same date as the Museum of Flight’s Hops and Props event (Sat. April 9). Apparently those concerns were unwarranted. Hops and Props has been sold out for weeks and now the Washington Beer Commission warns us that Cask Beer Festival tickets are moving briskly.

As of yesterday afternoon, only 50 tickets remained for the first session of the Washington Cask Beer Festival. The event offers an afternoon session and an evening session. For whatever reason, the afternoon session (12:00 – 4:00) always sells out first. You should secure your tickets now. Click here to buy tickets online.

No word on how many tickets remain for the second session. This annual event just keeps getting more and more popular as the beer-drinking public gets more and more savvy about beer. Seattle Center’s Fisher Pavilion can only hold so many people.

The second session is notorious for a lot of walk-ups. This year, with ticket sales moving so briskly, those who wait until the last minute might miss out. Whichever session you want to attend, I would advise getting tickets now.
