This Weekend – Pumpkins, Beer Events & Oktoberfest Round 2

There is no shortage of things to do for the local beer lover this weekend. In Yakima, they’ll celebrate the end of the annual hop harvest with the Yakima Fresh Hop Ale Festival. Up north, they’ll celebrate the season with a bounty of local beers at Anacortes Oktoberfest. In Rosyln, they’ll celebrate the Mountain Ale Fest on Saturday. In Seattle, beer lovers will flock to Elysian Brewing’s Great Pumpkin Beer Festival (the Saturday session is sold out, and Friday is either sold out or close to it, so set your sights on Sunday).

If none of that fits your plans and you don’t feel like leaving the city, consider Fremont Oktoberfest Round 2, which happens indoors in Fremont this Saturday. (Details below.) Let’s face it, last weekend’s big Oktoberfest celebration was a pretty soggy affair and the event organizers have some leftover beer to share. They’re continuing the party at Fremont Studios (kitty-corner from Brouwer’s Cafe).

Here are the details:
