Out of the options you've provided I'd stick with the Father's Day - although every year I keep hoping I'll be available to attend the Cask Fest because I have a feeling it would win out. The main thing for me is the price. Cask is flat, whereas SIB, and WAB, and Fremont are token based, which gets way too expensive for me. Cask Fest was the awesome last year.
