I enjoy supporting Washington Beer and the festivals the guild puts on. Out of the options you've provided I'd stick with the Father's Day - although every year I keep hoping I'll be available to attend the Cask Fest because I have a feeling it would win out.

For most enjoyable from an atmosphere, food, amount of beer taste/consumed - Hops & Props gets my vote.

Cask Fest was the awesome last year. The main thing for me is the price. Cask is flat, whereas SIB, and WAB, and Fremont are token based, which gets way too expensive for me.
