Eastside Beer Week kicks off this Friday, July 12th and runs through July 22nd. See our previous post for more info. The ten-day series of events celebrates beers brewed along the I-405 corridor, from Renton to Bothell, Bellevue to Duvall, and all points in between. A primary goal is to showcase beers from the 32 breweries located in the Eastside communities of Bothell, Kenmore, Woodinville, Kirkland, Redmond, Duvall, Bellevue, Sammamish, Issaquah, Snoqualmie, and Renton.
Zeeks Pizza recently announced that it is an official partner of the inaugural Eastside Beer Week and is hosting events to mark the occassion: on July 17th at the Kirkland location and on July 18th at the Bothell location. Zeeks’ Kirkland location is hosting a Postdoc Brewing Brewers Night on Wednesday, July 17, from 5:00 – 9:00 p.m. The event will feature a four-tap takeover from Postdoc Brewing, $5 pints, plus a chance to meet the brewers and get to know the people behind the beer. In addition, Zeeks’ is offering $10.00 off any large pizza with the purchase of any Postdoc beer.

Zeeks’ Bothell location is hosting its Black Raven Brewers Night on Thursday, July 18, from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m., and the public is invited. The evening will feature a three-tap takeover from Black Raven, along with discounted pints, plus a chance to meet the people behind the beer. Attendees sporting the official Eastside Beer Week t-shirt get an extra $1.00 off of all pints.
